What Ebara equipment does

A plant of this type plausibly uses CMP, vacuum and abatement equipment of this sort, but the actual vendor mix at Dholera is not disclosed in our sources.
The sub-fab layer explained
Much of what keeps a fab running sits out of sight in the sub-fab, the floor of support equipment beneath the cleanroom. Here the dry vacuum pumps that Ebara and others make maintain the low pressures that process chambers need, and abatement systems treat the hazardous and greenhouse gases those chambers release. This layer is easy to overlook because it does not touch the wafer directly, yet a failure here can stop production and create safety or environmental problems. It also connects the fab to its environmental obligations, since some process gases must be broken down rather than vented. Dholera status: not confirmed in our sources
Our sources, the Dholera fact pack (v14), the V13 refresh and the FAQ bank, confirm only two fab supplier relationships for Dholera: PSMC as the Tata fab's process-technology partner and ASML as its lithography partner. They do not name this company as a confirmed Dholera supplier. A 300mm fab of the type Tata is building would normally rely on tools or materials of this kind, so the company is sensible ecosystem context, but a routine industry fit is not evidence of a contract.
